The proof, is the work.
Proofing used to be a discipline. The roll came back as a contact sheet — every frame, small and honest, on one page — and the editor bent over it with a loupe and a chinagraph pencil and looked. Ticks for the maybes, circles for the picks, a hard cross through the frames that lied.
Proof brings that pause back. Your frames as a contact sheet, your eye and a wax pencil. Development can wait until you've seen.
Your roll,
laid out.
Open any folder and choose which frames go on the sheet. RAW and JPG land together, sorted and filtered by type and date.

Check focus,
on the sheet.
Drag a loupe over any frame. Tap to change strength. Open a frame with its exposure data and loupe in without leaving it.

Notes written,
in your hand.
Five chinagraph pencils, pressure-sensitive. Draw or type a note on any frame.

Darkroom or lightbox.
Pull the bulb to switch the whole bench, dark or light.

Print the proof.
Post the roll.
One frame or the whole sheet. AirPrint, PDF or JPEG, 4×6 to Tabloid. Or export frames and full sheets as a carousel, sized for posts, stories and pins.

The bench in your pocket.
The same sheet, loupe and wax pencil. Proof a roll on the walk home.
